Thank you to the voters of House District 6 for your confidence in me as your Representative.

Medford is a special place with neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and people I care about. I am ready to carry on its long history of sending leaders with vision to Salem. I have a proven record of building relationships (even with those with widely different views) and collaborating to reach results, not gridlock.

Our state is facing challenging issues: mounting PERS expenses, home prices that are out of reach of the people who live and work here, and choking forest fire smoke that destroys our environment and wastes our precious natural resources are just a few. Currently the answer from Salem is to do more of what isn’t working. We can do so much better.

My husband and I chose Medford as our home 30 years ago. We raised our family here, and our grown children make their homes here. We are passionate about continuing to make this a better place. My love for Medford has inspired me to volunteer for youth programs, 4-H, Parent Teacher Organizations, Medford School Board and the Medford City Council.

My law degree helps me to look at legislation in a comprehensive and detailed fashion, avoiding bad bills and their unintended consequences.
